The
Menu
Pulling influences from the region and its Mediterranean, French flavours our menus feature a seasonal and balanced offering of local goods.
A generous breakfast including French specialities from our local bakery, regional cheese, fresh fruit and more marks the start of the day. After a light midday lunch a tasteful dinner awaits you in the evening.
According to your preferences our menus range from light and well balanced to traditional and savory.

We take great care in selecting regional sourced products whenever possible and work closely with local manufacturers, most of them small, family owned businesses.
Going one step further, some ingredients and products take the shortest way possible to our kitchen, such as various herbs or our homemade confiture made from plums of our garden.
Grapes play a huge role in the history and present of Limoux and some excellent wines can be found here.
Limoux is also home to the famous sparkling wines Blanquette and Crémant, recipes which have been perfected for over 400 years.
On request and in partnership with the local manufacturers we are pleased to offer a wine tasting at Limusic Studio.
